我们都是对原材料、标准组件和标准模具框架的每一部分进行检测，对每个部件同时进行严格测试和内部检查报告的对比参考。
Coordinate detector
每个部件将在三坐标检测仪中进行测试，如果零件尺寸不对，则将零件再处理直到标准尺寸，用手动检测和监控系统，在很大程度上确保每个零件的高质量。
Before the mold is delivered, the test is carried out by the mold test jacking machine
每次试模前会测试300到500次。走模之前，模具在加热到60到80度的环境中进行试顶5000次以上，这样可以保证客户正常生产。
